Air Fryer Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 chicken thighs
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except chicken thighs. Mix well to create a paste.
Coat both sides of the chicken with the paste.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
Place chicken thighs in the air fryer basket. Fry at 360 F (180 C) for 12-15 minutes, turning them once halfway through.
Increase heat to 400 F (200 C) Continue cooking the chicken, skin side up for a further 5 minutes, to crisp up the skin. Enjoy!
