Air Fryer Crusted Tuna Cakes
Ingredients
3 (5 oz (150 ml) each ) cans tuna, packed in water
2/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Grease the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine canned tuna, breadcrumbs, cheese, and black pepper. Stir well. Form the tuna mixture into 10 patties.
Working in batches, place the cakes in the greased air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray with more cooking spray.
Fry at 350 F (175 C) for 15 minutes, tuning and spraying with cooking spray halfway through. Serve hot.
