Air Fryer Boiled Eggs
Ingredients
Eggs (any size; large is standard)
Ice cubes (for cooling)
Cold water (for ice bath)
Salt, pepper, or seasoning (optional)
Directions
Set to 270°F (130°C). If your model runs cooler, go for 275°F (135°C). Preheat 2–3 minutes.
Place eggs in a single layer with space between them so air can circulate evenly.
3. Set the Time:
Soft-boiled (runny yolk): 9–10 minutes
Medium-boiled (jammy yolk): 11–12 minutes
Hard-boiled (fully set): 13–15 minutes
Immediately transfer eggs to a bowl of ice water. Chill at least 5 minutes to stop cooking, preserve color, and make peeling easier.
