Air Fryer Crispy Spinach & Ricotta Fried Tortellini

Ingredients

9 ounces tortellini, Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Tortellini
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 large eggs

Directions

In a large bowl, soak Tortellini in boiling water for 5 mins, till soft, then drain.

In a medium shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.

Dip each tortellini first in beaten eggs, shake the excess egg off, and then completely coat the tortellini in the breadcrumb mix.

Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F, air fryer setting.

Spray the basket with cooking spray.

Put coated tortellini into the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8-10 mins, until golden and crispy.

Serve warm with your favorite tomato sauce/dip.
