Air Fryer Fried Olives

Ingredients

10 ounces stuffed green olives
2 cups Panko bread crumbs
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika , or chili powder
3 large eggs

Directions

Start by making your breading stations. In the first bowl: Add your eggs, whisk well, with a fork. Then, in the second bowl, mix the flour, paprika, and garlic powder. In the third bowl, add the Panko Bread Crumbs.

Drain the juice from the olives, and use a paper towel to dry them off. Then dip them into the flour, the egg, and then the panko. As you coat them, set them aside on a plate.

Spray them generously with the cooking spray.

Place the olives into the air fryer basket, set the temperature to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, flip the olives over, spray again with cooking spray, and air fry for another 3 to 5 minutes.

Plate, serve, and enjoy!
