Air Fryer Fried Ravioli
Ingredients
2 cups fresh cheese ravioli
1 Egg, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/3 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking spray
Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)
Directions
Preheat the air fryer to at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
In a shallow bowl combine the breadcrumbs with the Parmesan cheese, paprika, and salt and pepper. Set aside.
Beat an egg and put it in a shallow bowl and set aside.
Dip each ravioli in the beaten egg first and then coat with the breadcrumbs.
Transfer to the air fryer basket.
Repeat the process with the rest of the ravioli. You do not want the ravioli to be overlapping and you do want a tiny bit of space between each so you may have to work in two batches.
Spray the ravioli with cooking spray.
Set the air fryer to 350 degrees and cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown, shaking the basket once or twice during cooking.
Heat marinara sauce to serve as a dip.
