Air Fryer Ham and Cheese Sliders

Ingredients

For the sliders:
1 package Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls, 12 count
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons honey dijon mustard
4 ½ ounces (130 g) thinly sliced or shaved cooked deli ham, (black forest or honey ham), about 8 slices
4 ounces (115 g) thinly sliced Swiss cheese, about 6 slices

For the topping:
⅓ cup (76 g) unsalted butter, melted
½ tablespoon poppy seeds
2 teaspoons honey dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder

Directions

Cut the rolls in half horizontally (try not to break them apart).

In a small bowl, mix together the mayo and mustard and spread it evenly over the top and bottom halves of the rolls.

Place the bottom layer of the rolls in the air fryer basket.

Arrange the ham slices on top of the rolls in an even layer, and then layer on the cheese slices.

Place the top of the rolls on top of the cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, poppy seeds, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and onion powder. Brush over the top of the rolls.

Air fry at 300F for 10-12 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
Serve immediately.
