Air Fryer Mac And Cheese Egg Rolls

Ingredients

2 cups macaroni and cheese, cooked
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
16 egg roll wrappers
1/2 cup dipping sauce, optional

Directions

If you are using leftover macaroni and cheese, add it to a large mixing bowl, and reheat it in the microwave, so it’s slightly warm. This way you can easily fold the egg roll contents. Add your shredded cheddar cheese, mix well.

Lay your egg roll wrapper on a cutting board or flat surface. Add about 2-3 tablespoons of mac and cheese mixture in the center of the egg roll wrapper. Fold the bottom point up over the filling and then fold in the sides, roll tightly. To get it to seal, I brushed the edges with water, using my pastry brush.

Add your egg rolls into the air fryer basket, in a single layer. Spray the tops of the egg rolls, or brush with melted butter. Set the air fryer temperature to 375 degrees F, and set the cook time for 8-10 minutes. For best results, flip the egg rolls, halfway during the cooking process.

Remove the egg rolls from the air fryer, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
