Air Fryer Pasta Chips

Ingredients

2 cups cooked pasta (short types like penne, farfalle, or rigatoni work best)
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Optional: chili flakes, paprika, ranch seasoning, etc.

Directions

Boil pasta until al dente (firm to the bite). Drain and let it cool completely—this helps it crisp better.

In a bowl, toss the cooled pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Place seasoned pasta in the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed).

Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden brown and crispy.

Let chips cool for a few minutes as they’ll crisp up more. Serve with your favorite dip.
