Air Fryer Pigs in a Blanket

Ingredients

24 small sausages
1 puff pastry sheet
3 tablespoons melted butter
Sea salt flakes

For the sauce:
ΒΌ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 tablespoon honey

Directions

Cut the puff pastry into rectangles and then into thin triangles (they should be a bit smaller than the sausages on their thick side).

Roll the sausages, starting from the thick base of the triangle and ending with the tip. Press them firmly. Arrange them in the air fryer basket lined with paper and brush them with melted butter.

Cook in the air fryer for 8 minutes or until golden brown.

Mix all the sauce ingredients.

Remove the pigs from the air fryer and top with a bit of sea salt flakes.

Serve with the sauce and enjoy!
