Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

1 pound whole button mushrooms
6 oz (cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons sour cream
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash of freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Using a damp paper towel, remove any debris from the mushrooms. Cut stems off of the mushrooms caps.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder,, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

Spoon creamy mixture into mushroom caps. Top each stuffed mushroom cap with shredded Cheddar cheese.

Grease the air fryer basket with oil spray. Place stuffed mushroom caps in a single layer in the greased basket.

Fry at 370 F 9185 C0 for 8-10 minutes.
