Air Fryer Chicken Ranch Roll-Ups

Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)
½ cup ranch dressing (adjust to taste)
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
4 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
Optional: chopped green onions, cooked bacon bits, or jalapeños
Olive oil spray or melted butter (for brushing)

Directions

In a bowl, mix together: Cooked chicken, Ranch dressing, Shredded cheese, Garlic & onion powder, (Optional: green onions or bacon). Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Lay out tortillas. Spoon filling onto each tortilla and roll up tightly like a burrito.

Lightly brush the outside with olive oil or melted butter to crisp in the air fryer.

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Place roll-ups in the basket seam-side down (don’t overcrowd).

Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Let cool slightly before slicing in halves or thirds.

Serve with extra ranch, hot sauce, or salsa for dipping.
