Air Fryer Big Mac Wraps

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef, 80/20 or 85/15
4 large flour tortillas, 10-inch / burrito-size
4 slices American cheese
1½ cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
⅓ cup white onion, finely diced
½ cup dill pickle chips, drained
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder

Big Mac Sauce:
½ cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 tsp white wine vinegar
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp sugar

Directions

Whisk all Big Mac sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate.

Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drain.

Warm tortillas for 15 seconds in the microwave.

Layer each tortilla with a cheese slice, beef, Big Mac sauce, lettuce, onion, and pickles in the lower-middle third.
Fold the bottom up, fold sides in, and roll tightly from bottom to top.

Spray wraps with cooking spray. Place seam-side down in the air fryer.

Air fry at 380°F for 4 minutes, flip, then 3–4 more minutes until golden and crisp.

Rest 1 minute, slice on the diagonal, and serve with extra Big Mac sauce.
