Air Fryer Italian Beef Stromboli

Ingredients

1/2 pound shaved ribeye steak
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 cup onions, diced
1 cup green bell pepper, diced
1 cup red bell pepper, diced
12 slices Provolone Cheese
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
1 large egg
1/2 tablespoons Montreal Steak Seasoning

Directions

Preheat the air fryer to 400* for 5 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, combine shaved steak, Worcestershire, minced garlic, sea salt, pepper, lime juice, onion, and peppers. Toss to evenly distribute sauce and seasoning. Add to an 8-inch baking dish.

Place into the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes. Remove and let cool for 5 minutes as the air fryer preheats for the next step.

Preheat the air fryer to 375* for 5 minutes.

Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured wooden cutting board. Spread steak onion and pepper mixture over the top 3/4 of the puff pastry. Top with provolone cheese slices. Tightly roll the puff pastry towards the empty end.
Brush puff pastry with egg wash, then sprinkle Montreal steak seasoning over the top. Make slits across the top to help aerate

Place into the air fryer, careful to keep the seam on the bottom. Cook for 10 minutes. Carefully flip the stromboli over and cook for 5 more minutes.

Slice 2” sections.

Plate, serve, and enjoy!
