Air Fryer Mongolian Beef

Ingredients

1 pound beef flank steak, cut into strips
1/4 cup cornstarch
For the Sauce:
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup brown sugar
cooked rice noodles
cooked green beans
sesame seeds

Directions

Coat beef strips with cornstarch, then place them in an air fryer. Fry at 390 F (195 C0 for 10 minutes, turning once halfway through.

Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients. Mix well and bring to a low boil.

Remove fried steak from the fryer and transfer to a large bowl. Pour the sauce over.

Serve, sprinkled with sesame seeds, over the cooked rice noodles and green beans.
