Air Fryer Steak Bites

Ingredients

1½ pounds sirloin fillets cut into 1½-inch-sized cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup unsalted butter melted
2 teaspoons garlic finely minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped (plus more for garnish)

Directions

Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 400°F.

In a large bowl, add the cubed sirloin steak, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, Italian seasoning, salt and black pepper. Toss to evenly coat the steak with the seasonings.

Add the seasoned steak cubes to the preheated air fryer in a single layer and cook for 6 minutes. Flip the steak cubes over and continue to cook for another 2-5 minutes or until the desired level of doneness for your steak.

While your steak bites are cooking, stir together in a small bowl the melted butter, minced garlic, and fresh chopped parsley.

Add the air-fried steak bites to a serving bowl and toss them in the melted butter mixture until evenly coated.
Allow the steak bites to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving. You can add an additional sprinkle of fresh parsley to garnish if desired.
