Air Fryer Steak Fingers

Ingredients

1 pound beef sirloin , or round steak, cut into 1-inch-wide strips
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup bread crumbs, seasoned
1 teaspoon salt, to taste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Directions

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

In a shallow dish, combine 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Mix until well blended.

Coat each 1 pound beef sirloin in the flour mixture, ensuring it’s evenly covered.

Dip the flour-coated steak fingers into the 2 large eggs (beaten).

Roll the steak fingers in the 1 cup bread crumbs, pressing lightly to make sure they stick.

Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Arrange the breaded steak fingers in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they aren’t touching.

Air fry the steak fingers at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked to your desired doneness.

Once cooked, remove the steak fingers from the air fryer and let them cool for a couple of minutes.

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, like ketchup, barbecue sauce, or ranch dressing. Enjoy your crispy and delicious Air Fryer Steak Fingers!
