Air Fryer Donut Holes
Ingredients
2 ¾ Cups flour
½ Cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 Tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
½ Teaspoon cinnamon
1 Cup pumpkin puree
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Egg
¼ Cup + 2 Tablespoons milk
½ Cup oil
Sugar for coating
Spray oil for frying
Directions
In a bowl whisk together the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon.
Add the pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, egg, milk and oil and stir to combine. Knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into 25 small balls and place on a cookie sheet. Roll each donut hole in the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Working in batches place the donut holes into the air fryer basket. Pre heet your air fryer to 350 degrees F.
Spray with oil and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Check to see if they are done- if not air fryer for a few more minutes.
Roll each donut hole in the cinnamon and sugar mixture and set on a wire rack.
Continue with the remaining donut holes until they are done.
