Air Fryer Olive Cheese Bread

Ingredients

1/2 cup green olives sliced
1/2 cup black olives sliced
1 loaf bread Italian or French
1/2 cup butter unsalted and room temperature
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese Mozzarella, Cheddar, or Monterey Jack Cheese
2 large scallions diced

Directions

In a medium-sized bowl, add the sliced green olives and sliced black olives, and the sliced scallions.

In a large mixing bowl, blend the room temperature butter and mayonnaise and fold in the olive mixture.

Cut the French or Italian bread in half. Set one half of the bread into the air fryer for 4 minutes at 300 degrees F, air fryer setting.

Spread the mixture onto the toasted bread, and then place back into the air fryer for another 5-8 minutes at 300 degrees F. Add the shredded cheese on top and return it to the air fryer. Remove when the cheese is melted, and the bread is golden brown.
