Air Fryer Apple Cake
Ingredients
1 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1 cup peeled and diced apples
1 cup all-purpose flour
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the brown sugar and eggs until smooth.
Stir in the flour until the batter is fully combined.
Gently fold in the chopped apples, making sure they’re evenly distributed throughout the batter. Lightly spray your cake pan with olive oil spray to prevent sticking.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and place it in the air fryer. Cook at 320°F for 12–15 minutes.
Insert a toothpick into the center—if it comes out clean, the cake is done. If not, cook for an additional 2–3 minutes. Let cool slightly, slice, and enjoy warm!
