Air Fryer Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup milk
1 can (15 oz) sliced peaches, drained
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (plus extra for topping)
2 tbsp sugar (for topping)
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, self-rising flour, and milk. Stir until smooth.
Pour batter into a greased cake or pie pan that fits inside your air fryer basket.
Evenly spread the drained peach slices over the batter.
Sprinkle a light dusting of cinnamon on top.
Preheat air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 20–25 minutes. Halfway through, sprinkle the top with the extra 2 tbsp sugar and a pinch more cinnamon.
Cobbler is done when the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the batter comes out clean.
