Air Fryer Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
1 pie crust
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 large egg, beaten
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, egg, sugar, cornstarch, and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk until smooth.
Place the pumpkin pie crust on top of the pie plate. Crimp the edges, if needed. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared crust.
Preheat your air fryer to 350 F (175 C) for 5 minutes. Place the pie dish in the air fryer basket. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the pie comes out clean.
Remove the baked pie from the air fryer and transfer it to a serving plate. Allow the pie to cool for 15 minutes, then refrigerate it for 2-3 hours. Serve with heavy cream. Enjoy!
