Air Fryer Lamb Chops Mediterranean Style
Ingredients
1kg lamb chops
1/2 lemon, juice only
2tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
For the Herby Bulgar Wheat:
200g bulgar wheat, cooked
2 ripe tomatoes, diced
a bunch of fresh coriander, chopped
a bunch of fresh mint leaves, chopped
1 lemon, juice only
1tbsp olive oil
salt to taste
Directions
Marinade the lamb chops with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and leave in the fridge for couple of hours.
Meanwhile, make the bulgar wheat – in a bowl, simply combine it with the herbs, tomatoes, olive oil and salt. Mix well.
To cook the lamb chops in the air fryer – arrange them in the basket and cook for 20 minutes at 200°C. Make sure to turn them at least once or twice so they stay juicy and are evenly cooked.
To assemble the dish, on a pita bread, spread 1tbsp of raita, then 2-3tbsp of the Herby Bulgar Wheat and arrange a couple of Lamb chop on top. Serve hot!
