Air Fryer Lamb Chops

Ingredients

1 ea lamb chop about 1/3 lb and 1″ thick
salt and pepper

Marinade:
1/2 Tb dijon mustard
1/2 Tb extra virgin olive oil
1 Tb chopped fresh herbs any combination of parsley, marjoram, thyme, chives, rosemary, mint, etc.

Directions

Season lamb chops with a liberal amount of salt and pepper.

Mix together marinade ingredients and brush onto both sides of the lamb chop.

Cook in air fryer for 5 minutes at 375 degrees F per side or 4 minutes at 400 degrees F per side for extra browning.

The internal temp should be 135 degrees F for medium or 145 degrees F for medium well. when you touch the meat it should spring back.

Decrease the time by 1-2 minutes per side for medium rare and increase the cooking time by 1-2 minutes for medium well. Depending on how thick your lamb chop is, the cooking time will vary.
