Air Fryer Mustard Lamb Ribs
Ingredients
2 tablespoons granulated mustard
1 pound (480 g) lamb ribs
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
Place lamb ribs in a large bowl. Brush with mustard, then season with chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
Place seasoned ribs in the air fryer basket. Fry at 350 F (175 C) for 18 minutes.
Remove fried ribs form the fryer and transfer to a serving plate. Serve with mint yogurt.
