Air Fryer Mutton Seekh Kabab
Ingredients
1 cup minced lamb
1 cup chopped red onion
1 large egg, beaten
2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon gluten-free starch (potato or corn)
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons olive oil
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine minced lamb, onions, and ginger garlic paste. Stir well.
Add the dry spices to the lamb mixture and mix well. Stir in the cornstarch, then add beaten egg and chopped cilantro. Mix well to make a smooth mix. Cover the lamb mixture and refrigerate for at least half an hour.
Remove the cooled mixture from the fridge. Proceed the kababs, by spreading a little oil on the palms. Place soaked bamboo skewers in the center roll and set aside.
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper. Place kababs in a single layer into the lined basket. Fry at 350 F (175 C) for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking.
