Air Fryer Rosemary Lamb Chops
Ingredients
8 lamb chops
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon dried rosemary leaves, finely chopped
1 tablespoon dried thyme leaves, finely chopped
fresh rosemary sprigs, to serve
Directions
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
Rub both sides of lamb chops with vegetable oil, then season with salt, black pepper, rosemary, and thyme. Press the herbs into the meat gently.
Working in batches, place lamb chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Fry at 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes. Flip the chops over and fry for a further 2 minutes. Repeat with remaining lamb chops.
Remove fried chops from the fryer and transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with fresh rosemary leaves. Serve hot.
