Air Fryer Spiced Lamb Kofta
Ingredients
1 pound (480 g) ground lamb
1 tablespoon Ras el Hanout
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoon fresh chopped mint
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well
Transfer the lamb mixture into sausage molds, then tread into soaked bamboo skewers. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes. Spritz the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
Remove lamb skewers from the refrigerator and transfer them to the greased basket. Spritz with more cooking spray.
Fry at 380 F (190 C) for 10 minutes, or until lamb is nicely browned, flipping once halfway through. Serve hot.
