Air Fryer Boneless BBQ Pork Chops
Ingredients
4 pork boneless chops or cutlets, around 7 or 8 ounces
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
BBQ Sauce:
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
BBQ Sauce:
Combine all of the barbecue sauce ingredients on the stove in a medium pan over medium heat.
Bring ingredients to a boil and then reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring while simmering. Set aside.
Pork Chops:
Preheat the air fryer.
Place pork chops on a cutting board or on a plate. Dry with paper towel.
Mix the paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a small mixing bowl.
Rub the spice mixture on both sides of the 4 pork chops. Use a brush to spread the BBQ sauce on both sides of the pork chops.
Place the pork chops in the air fryer.
Set the air fryer to 375 degrees F and air fry for about 15 minutes or until the internal temperature is 145 degrees F, flipping halfway through.
Remove the pork chops from the air fryer and brush more BBQ sauce on each pork chop. Serve warm.
