Air Fryer Eggs with Bacon
Ingredients
2-4 strips of bacon
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon of cooking oil (olive, sunflower, or canola work best)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
Line the air fryer basket with aluminum foil and lightly coat it with cooking oil. Place the bacon in the air fryer basket and cook for 6-7 minutes, until crispy.
Remove the bacon from the air fryer and set it aside.
Crack two large eggs into the air fryer basket and lightly season with salt and pepper. Cook the eggs for 4-5 minutes, until the whites are cooked through and the yolks are still slightly runny.
Place the bacon on top of the eggs and serve. Enjoy
