Air Fryer Paprika Pork Chops
Ingredients
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1½ teaspoons salt
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1/2 cup milk
1½ cups breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon paprika
6 boneless pork chops
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
2 large eggs, beaten
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
In another mixing bowl, combine beaten eggs and milk. Whisk well. In a third small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and paprika. Mix well.
Dredge the pork chops in the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and finely, coat with breadcrumbs seasoning. Press to coat well. Shake the excess well.
Preheat the air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes. Place the pork chops in the sir fryer basket, brush with olive oil and butter on both sides.
Fry at 400 F (200 C) for 4 minutes or until golden brown, flipping once halfway through.
Remove fried pork chops from the fryer and transfer to a serving plate. Serve hot.
