Air Fryer Pork Cutlets
Ingredients
2 large eggs, beaten
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 pound boneless pork cutlets
pinch of lemon pepper and salt, to taste
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 tablespoons milk
Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and bread crumbs. Stir well and set aside.
In another shallow dish, combine beaten eggs and milk. Beat until smooth.
Sprinkle pork cutlets with lemon pepper and salt. Dip pork cutlets in cornstarch, then in egg mixture, and then in Panko coating. Spray both sides with nonstick cooking spray.
Fry at 390 F (195 C) for 3 minutes. Flip the cutlets over, spraying both sides, and continue frying for a further 5 minutes, or until well done.
