Air Fryer Pork Medallions
Ingredients
1 pound pork tenderloin, sliced crosswise into 8 slices
1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat your air fryer to 375 F (190 C) for 5 minutes.
In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Dip pork medallions in the dry mixture. Grease the air fryer with nonstick cooking spray. Place seasoned pork in the greased basket.
Working in batches, fry at 375 F (190 C0 for 10 minutes, flipping once halfway through. Serve hot.
