Air Fryer Tangy Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons grated ginger
1/4 cup dry white wine
grated zest of 1 orange
1 pound pork tenderloin
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
chopped green onions

Directions

In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, cornstarch, Dijon mustard, orange juice, soy sauce, ginger, dry white wine, and orange zest. Mix well and bring to a boil over medium-high heat on the stovetop.

Reduce heat to low and simmer until the sauce has thickened.

Season all sides of pork with salt and black pepper. Transfer seasoned meat to the air fryer basket.

Fry at 370 F (185 C) for 20-23 minutes, flipping halfway through and basting with the sauce.

Remove fried pork tenderloin from the fryer and transfer it to a cutting board.

Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice it, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve immediately.
