Air Fryer Teriyaki Pork Ribs
Ingredients
1/4 cup (60 ml) soy sauce
1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
1 teaspoon ground ginger
8 oz (240 g) boneless county-style pork ribs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, make teriyaki sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Mix well. Brush the ribs with half of the sauce.
Grease the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Working in batches, arrange the ribs in the oiled basket. Spritz with more spray.
Air fry at 350 F (175 C) for 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145 F (63 C)
Remove fried ribs from the fryer and transfer to a serving plate. Brush them with remaining teriyaki sauce. Serve hot.
