Air Fryer Breaded Chicken Livers

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds Chicken Livers, about 24–30 livers, depending on size
3/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
2 large Eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups Seasoned Breadcrumbs
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Paprika

Directions

Rinse and pat 1 1/2 pounds Chicken Livers dry with paper towels. Trim any connective tissue or excess fat.

In one bowl, place 3/4 cup All-Purpose Flour seasoned with 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt, 1 teaspoon Black Pepper, 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder, and 1 teaspoon Paprika. In a second bowl, beat the 2 large Eggs. In a third bowl, add 1 1/2 cups Seasoned Breadcrumbs.

Dredge each liver in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to adhere.

Set the air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F (No Preheating Needed) and lightly spray the basket with cooking oil.

Arrange the breaded chicken livers in a single layer in the basket, avoiding overcrowding. Lightly spray the tops with oil. Set cook time for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a minute. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
