Air Fryer Chicken and Broccoli

Ingredients

1 pound boneless and skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1/2 pound fresh broccoli florets
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
3 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

To Make the Marinade: In a small mixing bowl, combine sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger, soy sauce, vinegar, olive oil, and seasoning. Stir well and set aside.

Place cubed chicken in a large bowl. Pur broccoli florets in another bowl. Divide the marinade between 2 bowls, stirring to coat evenly.

Add cubed chicken to the air fryer basket. Fry at 380 F (190 C) for 10 minutes.

Stir in broccoli and continue frying for a further 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Season with more salt and pepper, to taste.

Remove fried chicken and broccoli from the fryer. Serve hot.
