Air Fryer Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients

1 pound (480 g) boneless and skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tablespoon avocado oil
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon honey
1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced

Directions

Place cubed chicken into a medium bowl and drizzle them with oil. In another bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger, chili powder, and honey. Mix well.

Pour the sauce over the chicken and toss well to coat. Set aside and allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Treat marinated chicken into soaked bamboo skewers alternately with sliced zucchinis. Preheat your air fryer to 350 F (175 C) Arrange the skewer holder inside the air fryer basket. Place chicken skewers on the holder and spray them with cooking spray.

Fry for 7-9 minutes, turning the skewers halfway through. Serve hot.
