Air Fryer Chicken Patties
Ingredients
1 pound ground chicken
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 eggs beaten
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except onions. Mix well.
In a small nonstick skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chopped onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
Remove fried onions from the skillet and add to the chicken mixture. Stir well, then shape into patties.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
Brush the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Add chicken cutlets to the oiled basket. Fry at 350 F (175 C) for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Remove fried chicken cutlets from the fryer and transfer them to a serving plate. Serve hot.
