Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings
Ingredients
2 pounds chicken wings
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 large eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
Place beaten eggs in another bowl. Dip chicken in beaten eggs first, then in Parmesan mixture.
Working in batches, place chicken wings in the bottom of the air fryer basket. Fry at 400 F (200 C0 for 24 minutes, flipping them once halfway through. Repeat with the remaining wings.
Remove fried chicken wings from the fryer. Serve hot.
