Air Fryer Peanut Coated Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
1 pound boneless and skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 cup mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup crushed pecans
Directions
Place the chicken breasts in a large bowl. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Toss well until the chicken is coating well with spices.
Stir in mustard and honey. Toss well.
Place chopped pecans on a large plate. Roll seasoned chicken in the pecans until both sides are coated.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
Place seasoned and crusted chicken breasts in the air fryer basket. Fry at 350 F (175 C) for 12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and pecans are golden brown. Serve hot.
