Air Fryer 15 Minute Crispy Salmon
Ingredients
2 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless, 5–6 oz each)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika (smoked or sweet)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Lemon wedges, for serving
Optional: 1/4 tsp chili flakes or cayenne for heat
Directions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3–5 minutes while you prep the salmon.
Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels (this helps the surface crisp up).
Rub olive oil over both sides of the fillets.
Mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes.
Sprinkle the seasoning evenly over the salmon.
Place salmon skin side down (if using skin-on) in the air fryer basket or tray. Leave space between fillets.
Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 7–10 minutes:
7–8 min for medium or 9–10 min for well-done and crispier edges
Tip: No flipping required. The hot air circulates all around the salmon for even cooking.
Let rest for 2 minutes.
Serve with lemon wedges
