Air Fryer Asian Tangy Shrimp
Ingredients
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lime juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon clear honey
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon chili powder
salt, to taste
3/4 pound (360 g) medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
Directions
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the lime juice, olive oil, honey, garlic, chili powder, and salt. Mix well to make a marinade.
Add shrimp and stir to coat evenly in the marinade. Grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the shrimp in the basket.
Fry at 400 F (200 C) for 15 minutes, shaking once halfway through.
Remove fried shrimp from the fryer and transfer to a serving plate. Serve hot.
