Air Fryer Bang Bang Salmon

Ingredients

For the Salmon:
4 salmon fillets (around 6 oz each), skin-on or skinless
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika

For the Bang Bang Sauce:
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste for spice level)
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice

For Garnish:
Chopped green onions
Fresh parsley or cilantro (optional)
Extra chili flakes (optional)

Directions

Pat salmon fillets dry using a paper towel.

Drizzle with olive oil, then season with: Salt, Black pepper, Garlic powder, and Paprika.

Rub the seasoning well on all sides for a flavorful crust.

In a small bowl, whisk together: Mayonnaise, Sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, Honey, and Lemon juice.

Taste and adjust spice or sweetness as needed.

Preheat to 400°F (200°C)

Air fry salmon for 8–10 minutes until the edges are slightly crisp.

Brush Bang Bang sauce generously on top.

Air fry 1 more minute to caramelize.
