Air Fryer Breaded Cod

Ingredients

10 good quality Cod Fillets, boneless and skinless
2 cups Pork Dust
1 cup Coconut Flour
2 Eggs
1 cup Almond Milk
Salt & Pepper
Coconut Oil Cooking Spray

Directions

If your cod is frozen, thaw it out before beginning.

Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees, and coat the racks with coconut oil cooking spray.

Pat the cod dry using a paper towel, then salt and pepper each side. Place the coconut flour in one bowl, the eggs and almond milk in a second bowl, and the pork dust in a third bowl.

Coat each cod piece first with coconut flour, followed by the egg mixture, and ending with the pork dust. Lay the coated fish pieces out on your air fryer racks.

Spray the tops of the fish with more coconut oil cooking spray and cook about 10 minutes, until the tops are golden brown. Gently flip each filet, and cook an additional 2-3 minutes.
