Air Fryer Cheesy Salmon Quiche
Ingredients
1 large egg, beaten
4 tablespoons heavy cream
4-5 broccoli florets
1/2 pound salmon fillet, cut into pieces
1 tablespoon grated Cheddar cheese
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine the egg and heavy cream. Whisk well.
Lightly grease a 5-inch ceramic quiche dish with nonstick cooking spray. Distribute broccoli florets on the bottom. Top with salmon pieces. Pour in the egg mixture, then top everything with grated Cheddar cheese.
Fry at 325 F (162 C) for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
