Air Fryer Golden Crab Sticks with Mayo Sauce
Ingredients
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
1 pound (480 g) crab sticks
To Make Mayo Sauce:
1/2 cup (125 ml) mayonnaise
freshly squeezed juice of 1 lime
2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
Directions
Place all-purpose flour in a shallow bow. Put beaten eggs in a separate bowl. In another shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs and Old Bay Seasoning. Stir well.
Dredge the crab sticks in the flour first, then in beaten eggs, and finally press them in the breadcrumb mixture. Coat well.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5minutes.
Pace seasoned crab sticks in the air fryer basket and spray with cooking spray. Fry at 390 F (195 C) for 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: In a small mixing bowl, combine all sauce ingredients. Mix well.
