Air Fryer Salmon Fillets

Ingredients

2 salmon fillets
kosher salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
ground ginger

Directions

Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season on both sides with salt and black pepper.

Line the air fryer basket with aluminum foil. Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.

In a small mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Mix well and spoon the mixture over the top of the salmon fillets.

Place the salmon in the preheated air fryer. Fry at 400 F (200 C) for 8-9 minutes.
