Air Fryer Sesame Glazed Salmon Fillets

Ingredients

3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon minced ginger
4 salmon fillets, skin-on
1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds

Directions

In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except salmon fillets. Mix well.

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over. Cover and refrigerate for at leat1 hour, turning fillets occasionally.

Grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place marinated fish fillets, skin-side down, in the grease basket, reserving the marinade.

Fry at 370 F (185 C) for 10 minutes. Brush the top of salmon fillets with reserved marinade, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Increase the temperature to400 F (200 C) and fry for a further 2-5 minutes. Serve warm.
