Air Fryer Shrimp and Zucchini
Ingredients
1¼ pounds (600 g) large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 medium zucchinis, halved lengthwise, and sliced
1½ tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garic salt
1½ teaspoons dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
freshly squeezed juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, and lemon juice. Toss well to coat.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
Working in batches, place shrimp and zucchinis in a single in the air fryer basket. Fry at 350 F (175 C) for 8 minutes, shaking once halfway through.
Remove fried shrimp and zucchinis from the fryer and transfer to a serving bowl. Cover with foil and keep warm. Repeat with remaining shrimp and zucchinis. Pour lemon juice over and serve.
